Returns Policy

We want you to feel the love from your Lady Funk purchases!

If you are not completely smitten, you can return or exchange unworn items (excluding sale items and specials, which are final sales). Please see below to determine your options:

bagIf you purchased an item at a Home Fashion Party or Event that was put on by a hostess:

  1. And you just don't feel the love you may exchange your item for an item of equal value or pay the difference for an item of greater value. All exchanges must be completed within 30 days from the date of purchase and accompanied by the original tags and receipt.
  2. If the item you purchased is defective, or breaks with minimal wear within 60 days of purchase we will exchange the item for an item of equal value or you may pay the difference for an item of greater value. All defective exchanges must be completed within 60 days from the date of purchase.

If you purchased an item from Lady Funk either online or in person but not to the benefits of a hostess:

And you just don't feel the love you may return or exchange your item within 30 days from the date of purchase. Item(s) must be accompanied by the original tags and receipt. If you live in the Campbell River area you may return the item(s) in person. If an item or items have been shipped to you, then you are responsible for return shipping to Lady Funk. It is recommended that you use a shipping method that allows for shipment tracking.

Once the item has been received by Lady Funk, a credit can be processed. Only unused items with original tags attached can be offered full refund.
